How was your onboarding experience at 99?
My arrival in May 2019 coincided with the internal restructuring needs of the firm linked to its strong development. Being the first HR at 99 Advisory Luxembourg is a pleasant and fascinating challenge which I daily fulfil thanks to the support and the trust given by all the team.
What projects have you been tasked with?
The firm offered me a labour law training about getting to know the HR specificities in Luxembourg and how to implement those processes in this country. The consulting industry was completely new for me, as I used to work in international solidarity: a big gap! Nevertheless, this challenge became step by step a true opportunity to spread my values.
How does the firm help you grow?
On a personal level, I’d say that the trust I’ve been shown over almost six years has been a very powerful lever, since it has really allowed me to express myself autonomously, and to make proposals for my clients on a daily basis. 99 Advisory quickly gave me the opportunity to work with senior leaders and decision-makers. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to discuss and share experiences with them, which has been really inspiring and enriching. Working with them helped me to acquire skills quickly, build a network, and was simply an incredible challenge at the beginning of my professional career
How do you fit into the 99 Advisory values?
Benevolence is a value that particularly fits me. For instance, the daily support for all employees : identifying each one’s potential to understand how the firm can enable them to give the best of themselves.
Excellence comes next : it is all about the quality of the work delivered, the desire to improve, being proactive and going ahead of what is expected.
Finally, commitment: it is not only about signing contracts, but also about getting involved in the development of the group.
What do you like about the corporate culture?
We apply a flat management system, in which everyone can come up with an idea or a project and implement it. It is essential to give everyone the right position within the firm. As the company is extraordinarily dynamic, every opportunity is a chance to develop new skills. It is up to everyone to seize the opportunity!
